GENERAL INFORMATION & APPLICATION PROCEDURES:

Each applicant needs to submit the following:

  • Competition Application (downloadable copy is provided above)
  • An active competition membership (this could be individual or teacher)
  • Application fee, which need to be submitted via PayPal, Venmo or Zelle or a personal check. Electronic Payments: via PayPal or Zelle to ypcnjoffice@gmail.com or Venmo to @Lana-Ivanov-2Make sure it is listed as family and friends and NOT a business. Please list the Individual's name in the transaction.
  • Division Code S (age group codes are listed below)

Category A – up to 6 minutes, application fee $90.00

Category B – up to 12 minutes, application fee $120.00

Category C – up to 20 minutes, application fee $150.00

All of the above could be presented as one piece, or collection of several pieces.

Application deadline:  May 1, 2026

Live audition:  Sunday, May 24, 2026 Raritan Valley Community College Room A 33 (Parking lot 4)

Winners' Recital:  Saturday, June 13 at 3:00 PM at the Greenfield Hall, Manhattan School of Music

Recital participation fee:  $170.00

LIVE AUDITION FOR ALL APPLICANTS:

Each participant needs to perform the entire program live in front of the judges and audience.
